新北市國民小學教師對實施混齡教學計畫滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在針對新北市國民小學混齡教學計畫專業支持系統實施之情形及教師對此計畫之滿意度進行研究。本研究主要目的有: 一、瞭解我國國民小學實施混齡教學之政策。 二、探討新北市國民小學實施混齡教學計畫之情形。 三、分析新北市國民小學教師對混齡教學計畫專業支持系統之滿意度。 四、剖析不同背景國民小學教師對混齡教學計畫專業支持系統滿意度之差異。 五、根據研究發現,提出可供未來相關計畫改革之參考建議。 本研究之問卷調查,針對23所新北市立國民小學學生人數在50人以下學校之教師為樣本,採全體調查,共發出295份問卷,回收有效問卷273份,有效回收率為92.5%。 本研究主要結論如下: 一、我國未來實施混齡教學的政策,可參考其他國家的經驗,並對是否宜擴大在小規模學校全校實施,應審慎評估。 二、我國之混齡教學計畫方案現是由各地方政府依中央規定各自推動執行。 三、新北市自2017年開始試辦混齡教學,以學生總數在50人以下之學校為強制實施之對象。 四、新北市國民小學教師對混齡教學計畫專業支持系統具正向中等滿意,其中以「校內行政配套措施」構面之滿意度最高。 五、新北市國民小學教師對混齡教學計畫專業支持系統之滿意度,會依其年齡而有顯著差異。 六、若依專業支持系統所提供協助的分析面向觀之,教師對「課程規劃」面向的協助最為滿意。

This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the practices of the professional support system for the mixed-age class teaching programs in the elementary school of New Taipei City and the teachers’ satisfaction towards the related system. The main purposes of this study include: 1. To review the policies related to the mixed-age class teaching in elementary schools in Taiwan. 2. To understand the practices of mixed-age class teaching programs in the elementary schools of New Taipei City . 3. To explore the satisfaction of elementary school teachers towards the existing professional support system for mixed-age class teaching in the elementary schools of New Taipei City . 4. To analyze the difference in the satisfaction of elementary school teachers with different backgrounds towards the related support system. 5. To propose suggestions, based on the research findings, useful for the reform of related policies in the future. This study was conducted by means of a self-designed questionnaire. Samples of this study were assigned to all of the teachers of the 23 small-sized (e.g. the number of students in the school was no more than 50) elementary schools in New Taipei City. A total of 295 teachers were surveyed, and 273 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed, which accounted for a valid response rate of 92.5%. The main conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. By learning experiences from other countries, the policies of the mixed-age class teaching in the elementary schools in Taiwan need to be deliberatively reviewed, and taking the restriction of the number of grades into consideration. 2. The mixed-age class teaching programs have been implemented by local governments in accordance with the central policy guidance in Taiwan. 3. The mixed-age class teaching programs was initiated as pilot ones in 2017 in New Taipei City, and has been mandatory for elementary schools with students less than 50 up to now. 4. Teachers, on the whole, were positively satisfied with the professional support system for mixed-age class teaching programs in the elementary schools in New Taipei City, and their mostly satisfied dimension was that of the “administrative supporting measures in schools”. 5. The satisfaction of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City towards the professional support system for mixed-age teaching plans varied significantly with their age. 6. The most satisfied assistance for the mixed-age teaching, as perceived by teachers, was that for the "planning of courses or programs".
