六苯炔基苯外圍苯環引入間、對位二乙二醇與三乙二醇官能基之化合物合成與陽離子作用之性質探討

摘要


本論文以苯炔基苯作為分子主體架構,外圍苯環引入不同鏈長之間、對位寡乙二醇官能化之衍生物。因寡乙二醇衍生物在低極性溶劑中對鈉離子有良好作用力與選擇性,本實驗利用核磁共振光譜儀與紅外線光譜儀監測寡乙二醇衍生物與鈉離子在低極性溶劑二氯甲烷與氘−二氯甲烷之作用。以紅外線光譜儀測量寡乙二醇衍生物與鈉離子作用之光譜計算其結合常數,得到不同官能化位置與數量之寡乙二醇衍生物對於鈉離子作用之趨勢。

In the thesis, We dssigned a new structure base on Hexaynylphenylbenzene induce diffrenets length p, m- oligo(ethylene glycol) (OEG) side chain modification.Since the OEG derivatives good interation and high selectivity with alkali metal in low polarity solvent. in study, we detected the interation of OEG derivatives with diffrenets equivalents of Na+ ion in DCM and d−DCM by NMR. Calculating the binding constant of OEG derivative with Na+ ion by UV spectra.Obtan the relation of interation of oligo(ethylene glycol) deravitive with Na+ ion by binding constant.
