摘要

論文提要內容
隨著經濟的快速發展，保險在經濟發展中的作用越來越明顯。保險中介中的保險公證行業雖然發展比較迅速，但卻面臨法律地位含糊不清、供需結構失衡、社會認可度不高等一系列的挑戰。
現金融監督管理委員會(Financial Supervisory Commission)的監管制度愈趨嚴謹，產物保險公司的事務分工亦須確實，所以身為保險中介人（Insurance intermediary）之一的保險公證人亦在這波的制度改革中受到重視，並有利保險公證市場業務的成長。
本研究藉由學術文獻探討與個案研究法，再以SWOT、五力分析模型(Five Forces Model)與廣泛檢索相關之文獻等歸納分析方式，分析個案公司的優劣勢，然後提出可行性的建議方案。建議方案也可做為其他保險公證業者制定經營策略之參考。

With the rapid economic development, the role of insurance in economic development is becoming more and more obvious. Although the insurance notary industry in insurance intermediaries has developed rapidly, it is facing a series of challenges such as ambiguous legal status, unbalanced supply and demand structure, and low social recognition.
The supervision system of the financial supervision commission is becoming more and more rigorous, and the division of work of the insurance company must also be true. Therefore, as one of the insurance intermediaries, insurance notaries are also paid attention to in the reform of the system, which is conducive to the growth of insurance notarization market business.
This study uses academic literature discussion and case study methods, and then uses SWOT, Five Forces Model and extensive search related literature to analyze and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of case companies. Finally, this research develops a number of effective business strategies for the case company, these can be used as important reference by other loss adjuster companies in Taiwan when they developing their business strategy.
