台資企業投資中國大陸市場風險管理之研究-以C公司為例

摘要

自1979年中國大陸實施對外經濟開放政策以來，就積極的吸引外資進入，經濟的起飛有目共睹。探討台資企業投資中國大陸的拉力不外乎是，中國大陸的市場潛力大、海峽兩岸屬同文同種與充沛的人力資源等。然而，將台資企業帶到中國大陸的推力則是由於台灣的人力成本上揚、勞工意識覺醒、環保意識抬頭，土地的取得亦不易。
實際上，台資企業投資中國大陸並非相當順利，無論在投資或營運上的問題都層出不窮，探討其原因主要是由於台商在投資之前，沒有對中國大陸整體投資市場及環境做完整的評估。
無論如何，大陸仍是一個較為傳統的地區，在經濟快速成長的過程中雖處處充滿了商機，但也經常是充滿不確定性。因此，赴大陸投資固然可以審慎觀察，但同時一定要有很好的市場風險管理，才不致於遇到糾紛或風險。所以，本研究昌在期望予欲往中國大陸的台商更多的相關資訊，做為投資決策的參考。

Since China's Mainland implemented the foreign economic open policy in 1979, entering on the positive attraction foreign capitals, economic taking off is obvious to all. The pulling force of probing into China's Mainland of Taiwanese Enterprises are nothing more than, the market potential of China's Mainland is great, both sides of the Straits belong to gentle and kind and plentiful human resources, etc. But, the thrust of taking the Taiwan-owned enterprise to China's Mainland is because manpower cost raising up, laborer's consciousness of Taiwan is awakened, environmental consciousness resumes, to make difficult also land.
In fact, not quite smooth in China's Mainland of Taiwanese Enterprises, no matter the question of making the investment or operating all emerge in an endless stream, it is mainly before investing in because of the Taiwan trader to probe into its reason, have not done the intact assessment to the whole investment market and environment of China's Mainland.
In any case, the continent is still a comparatively traditional area,though full of businesses opportunity everywhere during the process of growing up fast in economy, but often full of uncertainty. So, this research aims at expecting to give wanting to more relevant information of Taiwan traders of China's Mainland, do it for the reference of the investment decision.
