以含多硼衍生物修飾玻璃表面及其應用

摘要


利用Ugi 合成含硼胜肽化合物(I) 使用Ugi-4CR 反應成功合成出含硼類肽化合物,將藉由去硼酯與去Boc 保護應用在材料上 (Scheme 1)。 硼酯和Boc 去保護(II) 成功在含Boc 保護基的化合物去硼酯保護和在含硼酸情況下成功去Boc 保護基 (Scheme 2)。 玻璃表面修飾硼酸(III) 藉由DAHMI 與硼酸結合會發出藍色螢光和測量玻璃之Surface zeta potential 來鑑定硼酸是否修飾在玻璃上 (Scheme 3)。

Ugi Synthesis of boron-containing peptides (I) The boron-containing peptide compound (Scheme 1) was successfully synthesized using the Ugi-4CR reaction, and deprotection of boronate ester and Boc to use in materials. Deprotection of boronate ester and Boc (II) Successfully deboronated ester protection in compounds containing Boc protecting groups and successfully removed Boc protecting groups in the presence of boronic acids (Scheme 2). Glass Surface Modified Boronic Acid (III) The combination of DAHMI and boronic acid will emit fluorescence and measuring the Surface zeta potential of the glass to identify whether the boronic acid is modified on the glass (Scheme 3).
