本研究主要目的在作MERSI(Mind, Ecosystem, Resource, Strategy and Implementation;簡稱十字管理法:MERSI Management Skills)企業競爭力健康檢查表的項目分析(item Analysis),即MERSI 的量表開發(MERSI questionnaire;簡稱MERSI Q),本研究為MERSI長期研究計畫的一部份。MERSI理論是蔡進丁(2001)所創,蔡進丁研究企業興衰之關鍵成功因素已有多年,長期蒐集實務上許多資料,並建立MERSI之理論架構,希冀藉由MERSI一系列之研究,以建立出有信效度之企業競爭力診斷量表,以供投資者、金融授信機構及企業管理階層之參考。本研究使用SEM研究方法。希望建立量表之信效度,且利用便利抽樣法取得2,038份樣本並分三階段做預試、探索性之因素分析及驗證性分析等研究。研究結果顯示MERSI Q有信效度的支持,但MERSI五大構面要素僅能存在理念、實力、策略、執控四大要素,由於是探索性研究,研究結論仍有待進一步探討才能確認。
The purpose of this study is to work out an item analysis of the checklist for an enterprise competitiveness(or the development of MERSI questionnaire),which is based on the theory of MERSI management skills. MERSI theory was first created by Tsai (2001) . Tsai has studied the key factors on the competitiveness of enterprises for many years with empirical cases collected and constructing the MERSI theory framework, while developing many management skills derived from MERSI for investors, financial services organization and top managers as reference of performance evaluation. Basically, this study is one part of MERSI long-term research plan. The author adopted SEM as research method to construct the reliability & validity of the checklist with 2,038 samples collected by convenience sampling, and processed 3 stages of study – pretest, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The result of this study, to some extent, supports the reliability and validity of MERSI Q, however the conclusion will be reconfirmed after more advanced study in the future.
