本研究採用深入訪談法以及文件分析法對某所學校進行探究,了解我國哲學系發展與經營之個案情況。本研究的主要目的包括: 一、瞭解個案學校哲學系發展現況與運作情形。 二、了解課程安排對學生就讀意願的影響。 三、瞭解個案學校哲學系未來規劃。 四、瞭解推廣高中哲學對個案學校哲學系的幫助。 五、依據研究結果為我國哲學相關科系提供建議。 依其研究結果,提出本研究的結論如下: 一、課程內容的豐富與教師教學創新會影響學生就學意願。 二、哲學系希望透過發展跨領域,引起更多共鳴。 三、透過在高中推廣哲學,幫助打破大眾迷思。 四、要創造對哲學友善的環境,須先從向大眾推廣哲學開始。
Abstract: This study uses in-depth interview and document analysis to examine a Department of Philosophy in an university. The main objectives of this study are: 1. To understand the current developments and practices of the subject department. 2. To understand how curriculum design influences students' willingness to study 3. To explore the future plans of the subject department 4. To explore if the high school philosophy education benefits the subject department 5. To give suggestions to philosophy departments according to this research 2. Low willingness for professors to do technology transfer. 3. Lack of resources, effective policies and professional administrative staff. 4. Low performance of technology transfer office due to high turnover rate. 5. The administrative work takes lots of time. Based on the findings of this study, the main conclusions are as follows: 1. Richness of the curriculum and innovative teaching positively affect students' willingness to study. 2. Hopes to have more inter-disciplinary cooperations in the future 3. Philosophy education in high school can clarify public misunderstandings 4. In order to create a philosophy-friendly environment, promoting philosophy to the public should be the first step.
