Recognizing the impact that technology and e-learning have in higher education institutes and that is increasing, supporting learning and teaching material in a more effective way. Given that Honduras emphasizes quality education especially at higher level; there is a need to determine the impact of e-learning as an option to improve the educational access for Hondurans students. This paper outlines a comparison of e-learning approaches in Taiwan and Honduras. However, a lack of factors affect the adaptation of e-learning in Honduras education. Due to the facility and quality that e-learning method can give to students, research papers tell how to adapt the e-learning.
