班級經營課程對師資生影響之研究

摘要


班級經營能力是所有教師不可或缺的能力,而即將成為教師的師資培育生是否能在進入教育現場前,對班級經營有基本的認識,有賴於班級經營課程的引導。   本研究以北部某大學師資培育中心33位師資培育生為對象。採用班級經營問卷作為量化資料,藉由蒐集之資料進行文件分析,輔以訪談,作為質性資料,進行三角驗證。研究目的有二:1.欲探知班級經營課程,對師資培育生的班級經營能力培養的影響。2.探究班級經營課程之於師資培育生培養教師專業能力的重要性及必要性。期望能藉此給予師資培育端及研究者們些許有實質性意義的建議。 研究結果如下:   一、班級經營課程對師資生班級經營類型偏向影響,於不同教學經驗的師資生並無顯著差異。   二、班級經營課程對師資生班級經營類型偏向影響不大,但能影響師資生檢視調整自己的班級經營類型的細節。   三、班級經營課程所學能符應政策面及實務面之需求。   四、師資生能透過班級經營課程,發現自身不足,因此班級經營課程具有作為學習指引的功能。

The ability of classroom management is indispensable to all the teachers. Before entering the educational field, those who train to be teachers in the future depend on the guidance of the classroom management course to acquire the knowledge of the basis of classroom management.   This study targeted 33 pre-service teachers from a teacher training center in a northern university. This research applies the result of classroom-management questionnaire as a quantization data. Aside from analyzing the data, the researcher also holds interviews as a qualitative data, all of which leads to triangulation.   There are two purposes for this study:(1) To explore the influence of class management courses on the Pre-service teachers management students' class management ability.(2)To explore the importance and necessity of classroom management courses for Pre-service teachers to cultivate professional abilities. It is hoped that this research will give centers for teacher education and researchers some substantive suggestions.   The research findings are as follows :   1.In terms of classroom management modules, there is no statistically significant difference between those who received the training and those who did not.   2.The classroom management course has little effect on the management bias of pre-service teachers, but it can affect the details of pre-service teachers' review and adjustment on their classroom management types.   3.The ability that pre-service teachers get from the classroom management courses can meet the needs of policy-oriented and practice-oriented.   4.Pre-service teachers can find their own deficiencies through the classroom management course, so the classroom management course has a function as a learning guide.
