台北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員對教保活動課程大綱之實踐與困境

The Implementation and Dilemma of ECEC Curriculum Framework for Public Preschool Educators in Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討台北市教保服務人員對課程大綱實踐程度與困境程度,並以問卷調查法進行研究。本研究以分層、隨機的方式進行抽樣,總計發出問卷290份,剔除回收問卷中資料填答不全者,得有效問卷共計264份,此外並輔以半結構式訪談調查6位幼兒園教師,經資料分析後,獲致如下結論: 一、台北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員整體上對課程大綱具有中上之實踐程度。 二、台北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員整體上對課程大綱具有中等之困境程度。 三、台北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員對課程大綱之實踐程度,會因「年齡」、「研習情形」、「職務屬性」、「任教年齡層」及「是否參與幼兒園輔導」之不同,而有顯著差異。 四、台北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員對課程大綱之困境程度,會因「年齡」及「是否參與幼兒園輔導」之不同,而有顯著差異。 最後依據研究結果,提出具體建議,俾供教育決策機關、教保服務人員及後續研究者做為參考。

This study aimed to explore the implementation and dilemma of ECEC Curriculum Framework for public preschool educatorsin Taipei City. Participants for this study were chosen using a stratified and random, by issuing 290 questionnaires. Excluding those respondents with insufficient data, a total of 264 valid copies are available to conduct statistical analysis and interpretation, six preschool educators were sampled for semi-structured interviews. rendering the following conclusions: 1、According to the research results, Preschool educators in Taipei City has an upper middle implementation of ECEC Curriculum Framework. 2、According to the research results, Preschool educators in Taipei City has an middle dilemma of ECEC Curriculum Framework. 3、There are significant differences in the implementation of ECEC Curriculum Framework for public preschool in Taipei City among educators according to "age", "participation in ECEC Curriculum Framework seminars", "job title", "age of teaching", and "participation in kindergarten’s guideline plan. 4、There are significant differences in the dilemma of ECEC Curriculum Framework for public preschool in Taipei City among educators according to "age" and "participation in kindergarten’s guideline plan. Lastly, based on the research results, specific recommendations will be proposed as references for consideration by educational decision-making authorities, preschool educators and future researchers.
