近年來,隨著手機的普及率增加,手機遊戲產業在台灣迅速的發展,影響個體溝通與娛樂的模式。根據相關研究指出,娛樂活動能減緩工作壓力與提高睡眠品質,而手機遊戲被視為最簡便與受歡迎的娛樂活動之一。目前對於個體面臨工作壓力時,藉由手機遊戲做為調節工作壓力對睡眠品質的相關研究國內尚發展與被探討。 是故,本研究以國內手機遊戲使用者為研究對象,採網路問卷,蒐集847位之資料,以層級迴歸分析進行分析。研究結論發現,工作壓力對睡眠品質具有顯著負向影響。手機遊戲恢復經驗對工作壓力與睡眠品質之影響關係無調節效果,此外,當手遊使用者心流體驗的強度越高時對個體工作壓力時,睡眠品質相對提高。針對上述結果,本研究提出管理意涵與後續研究建議。
In recent years, the cell phone penetration rate continuously develops with the rise of cell phone industry in Taiwan, and it has affected the way individual communicates and entertains. According to related researches, recreational activities would relieve work stress and increase sleep quality. Moreover, the cell phone game is considered as one of the most convenient and popular recreational activities. There has not been much discussed and explored that taking cell phone game experience as the moderating role between work stress and sleep quality. Data was collected from 847 Cell phone game users in Taiwan and was analyzed using hierarchical moderated regression analysis. The results revealed that service work stress has negative effects on sleep quality. In particular, recovery experience does not have moderating effects between work stress and sleep quality. Contrastingly, flow experience strengthens as the moderator between work stress and sleep quality. Based on the findings, some managerial implications and suggestions for further research were proposed.
