銀行保險理專管理之探討

摘要


觀看現今銀行保險市場各銀行之間彼此競爭激烈,理專的經常性流動不但造成企業訓練成本、經營風險與作業風險的增加,更會影響工作環境的氛圍且現今銀行保險通路的理專要面對的工作挑戰更甚以往,企業在職能培訓如何能提升理專的專業度,加深保險觀念並同時激勵士氣,進而在企業選才、育才及留才上探討新的觀念。本研究利用PESTLE分析與SWOT分析來探討F銀行保險理專人力資源管理在選才、育才及留才上之政策,進而提高F銀行的理專人力之資源。 本研究以F銀行以進行個案分析探討。研究結果發現: 一、 在提升企業力量上吸引人才的注意,達到企業選才的目的。 二、 企業在培育人才時,藉由推力的力量創造的更大的效益。 三、 讓理專在工作與生活之平衡達到留才的效益。

Watching the current banking insurance market, banks compete fiercely with each other. The regular flow of management will not only increase the company’s training costs, business risks and job risks, but also affect the atmosphere of the working environment and the rationale of current bank insurance channels. The job challenges are even worse than before. How companies can improve their professionalism in functional training, deepen the insurance concept and at the same time motivate morale, and then explore new ideas in corporate selection, education and retention. This study uses PESTLE analysis and SWOT analysis to explore the policies of F-banking insurance specialist human resources management in the selection, education and retention of talents, and further improve the resources of F-banking management. This study uses Bank F for case analysis. The study found: 一、In the promotion of corporate power to attract the attention of talent to achieve the purpose of corporate selection. 二、When companies cultivate talent, with the NUDGS can create greater benefits. 三、How to make use of the balance between work and life to achieve the benefits of retention.
