摘要

2019年底起陸續爆發新冠肺炎疫情，短短數月，全世界各國蔓延淪陷深受Covid-19病毒其害，使得以地球村為範疇運行的航空業，遭逢前所未見的重大影響，因多數國家禁航載運普羅大眾相互來往，令各國航空公司客運票務收入呈現雪崩式下滑，而間接不變的人事成本將大幅成為公司營運負擔，不僅是各國各航空公司面臨的重要課題，也是間接變相的國安問題。成為本研究以台灣為本體主要國航代表-中華航空，吾人分析該公司於疫情中之應變能力，及其研究之根本進而創造盈餘之操作為面向，證實華航相關滾動式政策，是藉由公司風險管控作為以及市場機制調整之應變。

吾人以綜觀華航財報及國際間政、經之考量，以及國際上各研究機構相關資料彙整獲得本文最後結論，藉以後續航空從業人員參考之。

Since the end of 2019, the outbreak of new crown pneumonia has continued. In just a few months, countries all over the world have spread and fell victim to the Covid-19 virus. This has caused the aviation industry that operates in the global village as a category to have unprecedented major impacts, because most countries The ban on air transportation of the general public has caused an avalanche decline in passenger ticket revenues of airlines of various countries, and the indirect and constant personnel costs will greatly become the company's operating burden. It is not only an important issue faced by airlines in various countries, but also an indirect disguised national security. problem. As the main China Airlines representative of this study, Taiwan is the main body of China Airlines. We analyzed the company’s ability to respond to the epidemic, and the fundamentals of the research and the operation of creating surpluses. We confirmed that China Airlines’ relevant rolling policies are based on the company’s risks. Management and control actions and the adjustment of market mechanisms.We have obtained the final conclusion of this article based on the comprehensive review of China Airlines’ financial reports, international political and economic considerations, and relevant data from various international research institutions, for reference by subsequent aviation practitioners.
