現今職場環境中,使用智慧手機即時通訊工具-LINE,在同一組織或跟組織間進行網路溝通已有增多的趨勢,職場上員工和公司組織情感聯絡,大多數LINE屬職場非正式使用,無壓力訊息的溝通,本文研究以智慧科技時代透過LINE幫助員工接到任務時解決問題,情緒壓力增加和情緒壓力的紓解,進一步幫助員工有效完成任務,加強對公司的向心力,與員工的團結能力,並能有效記憶公司的交待事務,達到快速的執行力,進行LINE的網路溝通時,溝通滿意的正負面情緒管理,壓力的增加,壓力的紓解,並能達到有效的工作績效。 本研究採便利抽樣方法,職場員工在組織同事間,有使用智慧手機即時通訊工具-LINE為問卷調查對象,總計有效問卷300份,使用AMOS統計軟體進行實證分析。本研究結果發現,網路溝通滿意對正面情緒有顯著正向影響;正面情緒對工作壓力有顯著負向影響;負面情緒對工作壓力有顯著正向影響;正面情緒對工作績效有顯著正向影響。
In environment of our career, more and more people use Line, an on-line message App installed on smart phones, to make internal or external organization network communication. In office, Line App helps create relationship between employees and company. Mostly, Line App is not an official communication channel for personal career. It’s a kind of casual communication. I would like to research how to use Line App to accomplish employees’ mission via this thesis proposal. Increase or release the emotional pressure. Try to give further support to assist employee to do the job well. It will strengthen the core faith for whole company. They will understand what teamwork capability is. And every position would have effective execution to achieve the goal. We anticipate managing both positive and negative emotion via Line App network communication. Not only increasing or releasing the pressure, but also reaching the top performance.
