運用繪本融入主題式教學於幼兒品格教育之行動研究

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討運用繪本融入於主題式教學,透過團討活動、學習區角色扮演活動、日常情境中的互動學習在幼兒品格教育上,對於幼兒「尊重」、「負責」、「感恩」品格教育三大核心為主軸之教學實施歷程、教學成效及老師教學之反思;本研究主要採行動研究為主,以新北市某公立幼兒園中、大混齡班30位幼兒為主要研究對象,運用6本有關品格核心為主之繪本,進行為期6週之品格繪本教學,探討透過繪本融入主題式教學與相關延伸活動後,幼兒在品格能力上的表現。 研究者為主要擔任此研究之教師,並與搭班協同老師、專業發展輔導老師及邀請指導教授擔任協同行動的研究者,研究歷程中資料的蒐集包含: 幼兒品格評量表(家長版、教師版)、教學省思紀錄表、幼兒行為觀察表、幼兒學習單、家長非正式訪談紀錄、協同老師回饋表。 本研究結果發現如下: 1. 運用品格繪本於主題教學活動課程中,對於幼兒品格能力的學習上有相當的影響及吸引力,且在主題活動課程結束後延伸於學習區之活動,加深了幼兒對於品格的概念,並能身體力行,努力實踐。 2. 幼兒透過繪本融入主題教學活動後,依據「幼兒品格前後側評量表」調查結果分析,在學校與家庭日常生活情境中幼兒對於尊重、負責、感恩三項品格概念的實踐皆有良好的成長表現。 3. 在此研究中經由教學實施及歷程,透過教學省思增進了教師的專業能力讓教師由不同的角度去內省自身的教學方式及課程設計、教學技巧,提升教師專業能力。 最後研究者根據研究的結果,對未來教學研究者、教師、家長提出教學課程、教材及輔導上的具體建議,以作為運用繪本融入主題式教學對幼兒品格教育之參考。

The main purpose of this research is to explore the use of picture books in thematic teaching, through group discussion activities, role-playing activities in the learning area, and interactive learning in daily situations in children's character education, "respect", "responsibility", and "gratefulness" for children. The three cores of character education are the teaching implementation process, teaching effectiveness and teacher's reflection on teaching. This research mainly adopts action research, taking 30 children in a public kindergarten in New Taipei City as the main research object. I use 6 picture books focusing on the core of character, a 6-week character picture book teaching, to explore the performance of children in character ability after integrating picture books into theme-based teaching and related extension activities. The researcher is the teacher who is mainly responsible for this research, and is the researcher who cooperates with the class co-teachers, professional development counselors, and invited professors. The data collected during the research process includes: Children's Character Scale (Parent Edition, Teacher Edition) ), teaching reflection record sheet, child behavior observation sheet, child study sheet, informal interview records of parents, and collaborative teacher feedback sheet. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The use of character picture books in the theme teaching activity course has a considerable influence and attraction on the learning of children's character ability, and the activities extended to the learning area after the theme activity course ends, deepening children's concept of character, and be able to practice and make all-out effort. 2. After the children are integrated into the theme teaching activities through picture books, according to the analysis of the survey results of the "Children's Character Scale", the children's practice of the three character concepts of respect, responsibility and gratitude in the daily life situation of school and family are all good. growth performance. 3. In this research, through teaching implementation and process, teachers' professional ability has been enhanced through teaching reflection, allow teachers to introspect their own teaching methods, curriculum design, and teaching skills from different perspectives, to improve teachers' professional ability. Finally, according to the results of the research, the researchers put forward specific suggestions on teaching courses, teaching materials and guidance to future teaching researchers, teachers and parents, which can be used as a reference for the use of picture books to integrate theme-based teaching for children's character education.
