知識移轉效益之差異探討-不同學習背景下之知識移轉配適模式

摘要


本研究擬發展出一個知識移轉分類的模式,在模式的發展上,以接受相同主題之實驗教材的學生為研究對象。探討受測學生在相同主題,但不同教材設計的知識移轉類型之下,對於知識移識效益的差異為何。 本研究所提出的知識移轉分類矩陣是以「思考運作」與「思考內容」(Guiloford, 1967)為分類依據,發展出四種知識移轉分類模式,分別為「聽力測驗型」、「考古學家型」、「猜謎動腦型」與「鑑賞達人型」等四個模式。 本研究採用的研究方法是真實驗設計的後測控制組設計,而相關資料分析採單因子變異數分析進行檢定,以淡江大學學生為實驗對象,並依學生就就讀學院之性質相近性將實驗對象分為三大類組。分別是:文、教、外語組;理、工組;商、管組,共240人。 在相關結果上發現, 一.就學習者學習背景對知識移轉效益之影響而言: 1.文、教、外語組在聽力測驗型、猜謎動腦型、鑑賞達人型的表現上優於考古學家型。 2.理、工組在猜謎動腦型的表現上優於其他三組。 3.商、管組在猜謎動腦型、鑑賞達人型的表現優於聽力測驗型、考古學家型。 4.聽力測驗型以文、教、外語組為較適用類組。 二.就知識移轉方式對移轉效益影響而言: 1.考古學家型之下各組表現無差異。 2.猜謎動腦型以理、工組為較適用類組 3.鑑賞達人型以商、管組為較適用類組。 學習背景與移轉效益的結合探討,在實務上可使企業針對不同知識接收者進行知識的移轉,讓移轉效益能夠得以發揮,反映在企業經營績效方面,以期能夠讓企業達到永續發展的目的。

This research aims to develop a knowledge transfer mode, this mode makes students who accepted the same topic of teaching material, and it also discusses and observes what would be the result of knowledge transfer effectiveness among these students when they are placed in different teaching method of knowledge transfer modes. According to Guiloford’s “Intelligence theory”(1967) by considering two dimensions of “Operation” and “Content” as the classified basis of matrix of knowledge transfer modes. In this study there are four types of knowledge transfer modes: listening comprehension, archeologist, puzzle resolving and brainstorming, and cognoscente. The method of this study is posttest-only control group design of true-experiment, and it also adopts One-Way ANOVA to analyses the related data. The research subjects are almost the Tamkang University students, and they are divided into three groups according by their similarity of majors: the first group are college students of Liberal Arts, Foreign Language, Education; the second are college students of Engineering and Science; and third one are college students of Business and Administration. The total students are two hundred and forty. Considering the influence of learners’ demography on knowledge transfer effectiveness, the research results are as follows: First, relating to the learning background of learners: 1.The performance of college students of Liberal Arts, Foreign Language, and Education have better performance on knowledge transfer types of listening comprehension, puzzle-resolving and brainstorming, and cognoscente than archeologist. 2.The college students of Engineering and Science have better knowledge transfer effectiveness on knowledge transfer types of puzzle resolving and brainstorming than the others. 3.The college students of Business and Administration have better knowledge transfer effectiveness on knowledge transfer types of puzzle resolving and brainstorming, and cognoscente than listening comprehension and archeologist type. 4.The listening comprehension knowledge transfer type is more suitable for college students of Liberal Arts, Foreign Language, and Education. Second, relating to the methods of knowledge of transfer: 1.There is no significant difference among subjects on knowledge transfer effectiveness under Archeologist type. 2.The college students of Engineering and Science are more suitable for knowledge transfer type of puzzle resolving and brainstorming. 3.The college students of Business and Administration are more suitable for knowledge transfer type of cognoscente. The result can help enterprises to elaborate their knowledge transfer practice by searching the good-fit between different knowledge receivers and different knowledge transfer modes.
