以敘事分析解讀有機食品在當代的意涵

摘要

本研究探討有機食品熱賣的現象，人們對於有機食品早已存有某種預設，會遵照隱藏在社會文化脈絡下的軌跡運作的知識與權力做選擇。透過敘事理論的分析架構，瞭解有機食品是如何說一套故事，將食物跟健康、食物與身體和社會構連在一起。

本研究結果，有機食品會輔以存於當代社會的文化脈絡「食療文化」、「健康是你自己的責任」、「科學理性」與「生活風格」等元素，作為描述有機食品故事當中情節。並且特意建構出外面世界「黑心食品」的場景，而有機食品所代表的意義是「安全與零汙染」，從中建構出食物跟健康、食物與身體和社會之間的關係。

本研究發現，有機食品在建構有機食品在當代的意義時，將食物視為不再只是為了滿足人們口腹之慾，食物可被視為一種預防以及治療疾病的工具，甚至成為象徵與他人不同的差異的標示，食用有機食品代表著是一個愛護地球、懂得生活品味的人，有機食品的出現，反映出現代人對於健康的渴望和對於周遭食品安全疑慮的不安。

This study concern about organic food selling well phenomenon. People have one-side view imagination for organic food and follow under our social cultural and knowledge power track to choose. According to narrative theory, find out organic food how to say a good story, and how relatives between foods, bodies, health and social are described.

This study found out that organic food used to〝we are what we eat〞,〝The health is your responsibility 〞,〝science rationalization〞and〝lifestytle〞social culture elements regards as a storyline plot. In addition, organic food construct outside world is〝serious risky food〞but organic food represented〝Safe and NO pollution〞. Used to this tell a story constructs foods, bodies, health and social relationship.

Food not only supply our body principle demand, but also regard as medicine prevent disease. Besides, food could become as symbol that you eat organic food you are a love world and have taste. Therefore, organic food reflected everyone want to have a health body and everyone have food security anxiety.
