With the development of technology, there are more and more technologies appearing. Under the new technology, besides the original problems can be expected to be solved. But it also brings a lot of uncertainty. This study explores the development issue of autonomous vehicles. According to the statistics, more than 90% of car accidents are caused by human negligence. The emergence of autonomous car is expected to solve most car safety problems. This study uses questionnaire data analysis, discuss the characteristics of autonomous vehicle, such as trust degree, safety and purchase intention, from the perspective of respondents with various basic characteristics. And, analyze the relationship by Logis regression. The conclusion drawn is more obvious in terms of gender, income and education to support autonomous vehicles. The variable of age is a more supportive point of view on purchase intention. However, there is no significant support for autonomous vehicles in terms of whether it is equipped with assisted driving and assisted driving experience.
