安倍政權時期對東南亞六國無償資金協力之研究

安倍晉三作為日本任期最長的內閣總理，在他任期期間對日本進行許多的政策，而在諸多政策當中安倍對於外交政策也相當的重視。東南亞作為鄰近日本的地區，同時也是二戰後所要賠償的對象，因此無論是賠償問題、地區戰略、經濟貿易等，東南亞都是日本重點關注的對象。日本利用諸多行動修復與建立和東南亞之間的關係，其中的重要手段就是對東南亞的ODA政策，但ODA政策中包含了許多面向，本論文主要是聚焦在日本對於東南亞的無償資金協力作為研究重點，此外，希望透過研究安倍任期內日本對於東南亞的無償資金協助，以此來了解日本與東南亞雙方之間因為無償資金協力而得到什麼，對於雙方國內有何改變。

As Japan's longest-serving Prime Minister, Abe has made many policy initiatives during his term of office, and within these policies, Abe has placed a significant emphasis on foreign policy. As a nearby region of Japan, Southeast Asia is also the main target of reparations after World War II. Therefore, Japan's attention is focused on the reparations issue, regional strategies and economic and trade affairs in Southeast Asia. Japan has used a variety of actions to foster and build relationships with Southeast Asia, and one of the most important measures has been its ODA policy towards Southeast Asia. However, there are multiple aspects to the ODA policy and this thesis focuses on Japan's non-reimbursable financial assistance to Southeast Asia as the main concern. In addition, it is expected that a study of Japan's non-reimbursable financial assistance to Southeast Asia during Abe's term of office will be used to explore what Japan and Southeast Asia have benefited from in terms of non-reimbursable financial assistance and what changes have been made at their domestic sides.
