本研究旨在探討新北市國民中學初任教師的工作困擾與因應方式,以六位新北市國民中學初任教師為研究對象進行深度訪談,並提出研究結論與建議。本研究歸納之結論如下: 壹、初任教師工作困擾 一、初任老師普遍感覺自己在教學專業準備能力和經驗上有所不足。 二、初任教師對班級經營能力有待再加強自我提升。 三、初任教師對行政工作兼職深感工作壓力很大。 四、初任教師同儕人際關係仍有待再自我成長空間。 五、初任教師在親師互動關係上常感力有不逮情形。 六、初任教師在個人生涯規劃上偶有一些迷惘不確定之感覺。 貳、初任教師工作困擾之因應方式 一、初任教師會利用自學方式去解決自己教學專業知能不足之情形。 二、初任教師會建立班級經營規範協助改善班級管理成效。 三、初任教師會增長行政知能及調適行政工作壓力。 四、初任教師會因有效技巧溝通改善同儕人際關係。 五、初任教師會瞭解學生家長心情,同理溝通互動改善親師關係。 六、初任教師會合理生涯規劃,追求終身學習成長目標之達成。
The purpose of this study aims to explore the working problems and coping strategies of novice teachers at Junior High Schools in New Taipei City. Six novice teachers of a junior high school in New Taipei City are participated in the study, the qualitative data were conducted by using in-depth interviews. The conclusion and suggestions of this research are as follows: 1. Novice teachers’ working problems: (1) Novice teachers generally feel that they are insufficient preparation of instruction and lack for teaching experience. (2) Novice teachers need to improve and upgrade their skills for classroom management. (3) Novice teachers feel a lot of pressure on them at the adjunct administrative work. (4) There is still room for improvement about interpersonal relationship between novice teachers and peers. (5) Novice teachers feel inadequate in the interaction between parent-teacher communication. (6) Novice teachers occasionally feel confused and uncertain about their career development. 2. Novice teachers’ copying strategies: (1) Novice teachers will improve their instruction competencies by self-learning (2) Novice teachers will develop their ability in classroom management to improve the effectiveness of classroom management. (3) Novice teachers will increase the competence of administrative work and learn to adjust the pressure as administrative teachers (4) Novice teachers will improve their interpersonal relationships by effective communication skills. (5) Novice teachers will learn to understand the feelings of the parents of students to improve parent-teacher communication. (6) Novice teachers will develop their career planning and development and pursue the goal of life-long learning.
