社會企業經營模式之探討

政府部門所提供的服務已無法滿足社會多元化的各種變化，因應社會需求等因素使社會企業之議題於國際間萌起，而我國則於2014年訂為社企元年，以宣示促進社會企業發展的決心。社會企業則為解決社會問題，以經營企業為手段，輔以商業創新模式，以達成社會價值目標之企業。本研究透過相關文獻探討，各國社會企業發展模式包含不同組織型態、設立目的及影響目標(對象)等定義，其目的為初步認識我國於社會企業登錄平台之農業社會企業發展現況及商品銷售方式。本研究結論為農業社會企業組織型態以設立為股份有限公司為多數，並以促進弱勢就業為主要設立目的及影響對象為個人之目標，而商品銷售方式受限於企業規模大小係於企業官網為主要銷售方式。

Services provided by government departments has been unable to meet a wide range of social changes, in response to factors such as the social needs of social enterprises issues on the international Mengqi, while China in 2014 set the first year for the SEs to declare promote social enterprise determination of development. This study concluded that agricultural patterns of social organization to set up a joint stock company for the majority, and to promote the establishment of vulnerable employment as the main object for the purpose and impact of personal goals, while merchandise sales is limited by the size businesses tied to the company's official website Sold as the main way.
