習近平主政下退役軍人安置制度之研究

由於改革開放，退役軍人安置比計劃經濟時期困難是不可逆轉的事實，從過去以由政府安排工作為主的狀態，早已進入以自主擇業、自主就業的新階段，因此就業創業支援與生活保障將來也會越來越受重視。中央規定的退役軍人安置制度在地方是否能得到確切的執行，取決於相關規定是否能得到法律層面的保障，以及地方財政是否能有足夠的經費。或許是因為退役軍人事務部成立後的措施在防止大規模的抗議活動上有效果，因此今後不太可能發生較大規模的退役軍人抗議活動。然而，除非建立救濟機制，否則，發生抗議活動的可能性就永遠存在著，地方政府為此頭痛的狀況也就不會消失。
