汽車車體損失險之危險管理與消費者特性之關聯性研究
Study on Consumer Characteristic with Automobile Material Damage Insurance of Danger Management
摘要
國內財產保險的簽單保費收入中，以汽車保險所佔的比例為最高，而汽車保險之保費收入中以車體損失險所佔比例為最大，但其損失率卻也一直居高不下，成為保險經營者既愛且痛的險種。本研究針對汽車車體損失險之顧客群中，由過去的相關資訊及經驗並藉助實證分析，找出汽車車體損失險出險的相關因素及防範措施，以作為汽車保險經營管理者製定核保指南及營業方針之參考。 本研究以某金控旗下C產物保險公司於民國88年至92年投保自用汽車車體損失險之被保險人(自然人)為取樣樣本，共取樣3000件，其中有效件數為1510件，參考變數依序為(１)姓別及駕駛別、(２)年齡、(３)出險次數、(４)投保險種、(５)出險原因、(６)車齡等六項，至於廠牌、排氣量及營業用車輛則不納入變數參考。

To sign a bill premium of the income, it is highest to regard proportion accounted for of the car insurance as domestic property insurance, and lose the dangerous proportion for being largest with the automobile material in the premium income of the car insurance, but its loss rate has been also remaining high all the time, has become the insurance kind that the insurance operator likes and aches. These researches loses the dangerous customer in group to the automobile material, and make use of helping real example analysis by past relevant information and experience, find out relevant factor and precautionary measures that automobile material damaged threaten by inches, in order to make the nuclear reference of protecting the guide and business policy as the car insurance administrator. This research was accused of under command with some gold C result insurance company insured the personal automobile material to lose dangerous samples in order to take a sample of the assured (natural person ) from the 88th year to 92th year, 3000 samples altogether, among them the effective piece is 1510, it consult parameter it is in order it is for (1) surnamed and driving , (2 ) age, (3) threaten number of times, (4)insurance kind, (5) threatening of reason, (6) age of car, and open by the vehicle and does not include in the parameter consulting as for factory's card , displacement.
