保險業經營互聯網保險之現況與展望

摘要


隨著大數據與電子商務快速的發展,互聯網保險有了更好的發展機會與空間,相較於我國,國外互聯網保險業務發展迅速,市場競爭激烈,許多保險公司和金融科技公司都在積極探索、發展商機,從營運、行銷、商品等多個方面轉型。 本研究一共分為六個章節,第壹章為緒論,主要在介紹金融科技及行動裝置的使用狀況,並提出本文的研究方法及論文架構。第貳章為電子商務發展、互聯網與大數據、傳統與互聯網保險商品之銷售等文獻回顧。第參章為敘述互聯網保險商品的概況,並與傳統保險商品比較。第肆章為傳統與互聯網保險公司營銷模式分析,瞭解互聯網保險公司的組織架構與業務模式,進而比較傳統保險公司之差異,並敘述日本、韓國、美國、中國等國家的互聯網保險公司發展。第伍章是大數據對互聯網保險之影響,探討大數據技術及金融科技是如何應用並改變傳統保險業的業務模式。第陸章為本研究之結論與建議,綜合上述各章節的研究提出我國保險業目前網路投保發展的困境及未來可行的建議。

Due to the rapid development of Big Data and E-commerce, the Internet insurance has better growing opportunities. Compared to Taiwan, Internet insurance in other countries have a higher development competition in the market. Many insurance companies and financial technology companies are proacting exploring and developing business opportunities, and do the company transformation from many aspects such as operations, marketing, products and so on. There are six chapters in this study. The first chapter mainly introduces overviews of financial technology and mobile devices. The research method of this study and the organization of this dissertation are also in chapter one. Chapter two is literature reviews of E-commerce, Internet insurance, Big Data and sales between traditional and Internet insurance products. Chapter three describes the situations in Internet insurance products and compares with traditional insurance’s. Chapter four analyzes the marketing model of traditional and Internet insurance company that can clearly understand organizations and business models in Internet insurance companies; therefore, compares with traditional insurance companies. We explain the development of Internet insurance companies in Japan, South Korea, United States and China. Chapter five is about the effects that Big Data has on Internet insurance. Meanwhile, we discuss that Big Data and financial technology how to apply to traditional insurance industry and change the business model of the traditional insurance. Chapter six is the conclusions and the suggestions about this research. To sum up, showing the difficulties in Taiwan current online insurance industry and giving suggestions for the future development.
