人力資源管理與企業未來價值之研究:以台灣上市電子業為例。

摘要


本研究以2013年至2015年之台灣電子業上市企業為研究對象。目的為了解人力資源管理與企業未來價值之關聯性,提供企業人力資源管理制度設計之參考,並提出建議以促進勞資關係和諧及企業之發展。本研究從人力資源管理三個構面:員工特性、薪酬結構與員工參與,並加入企業內部給付結構之比較,探討人力資源管理與企業未來價值之關聯性。研究結果發現:一、員工特性構面與企業未來價值僅呈微弱的關係。二、薪酬結構構面中薪酬之變數較盈餘分紅之變數,更能顯現與企業未來價值之關聯性。三、員工參與構面與企業未來價值具顯著相關。整體而言,人力資源管理的落實,能增加企業未來價值之表現,強化企業競爭力。

This study uses the sample of publicly-listed electronic industry in Taiwan from 2013 to 2015. The research purpose is to understand the relationship between human resource management and future corporate value. Providing a reference regarding to the design of human resource management system. Promoting the labor relationship and enterprises development. This study focuses on three dimension of human resource management which included: Dimension of Employee Characteristics, Compensation Structure and Employee Participation. The result as following: 1. The Dimension of Employee Characteristics is minimal related to future corporate value. 2. The relationship between compensation structure and future corporate value show more relevant. 3. The employee participation is significantly related to the future corporate value. Overall, the implementation of the human resources management can promote future corporate value, strengthening enterprises’ competitiveness.
