電子商務的興起使商品資訊能透過網路快速的傳到消費者眼前,也漸漸改變了傳統通路購物的形式。此種網路購物的消費形態讓消費者不需透過現金,而靠著電子支付方式,就能滿足消費者的購物慾,也愈來愈多企業紛紛投入支付市場中。 因此,本研究將探討影響消費者使用第三方支付的重要因素和對公營機構之信賴度,藉以了解相較其他業者公營機構投入第三方支付服務之優勢。 本研究以網路問卷形式,針對網路消費者進行資料蒐集,藉由網路消費者對第三方支付業的需求、信用及風險性進行分析。以統計套裝軟體作為資料彙整敘述性分析之工具。其研究調查顯示,網路消費者對於公營機構投入第三方支付服務有所期待與需求,相較其他業者也更為安全可靠,也較有使用意願。 最後根據調查結果提出研究建議,以提供爾後研究者及對支付業者經營策略之參考。
The rise of e-commerce has made product information attract consumers attention quickly through the Internet, and it has gradually changed the type of traditional shopping. This online shopping mode can able to make consumers gain the shopping desire satisfy with using e-payment instead of cash. Thus, more and more companies are investing in the payment market. Therefore, this research will discuss the important factors that affect consumers to use third-party payment and the reliability of public institutions. In order to understand the advantages of public institutions investing in thirty-party payment services compare to other companies. This study uses online questionnaire to collect data for online consumers, and analyzes the needs, credit, and risks of the third-party payment industry. Using statistic package software as a tool to collect data and descriptive analysis. The results show that online consumers have expectations and needs for third-party payment of public institutions. They are also felling safer, reliable, and more willing to using third-party payment. Finally, this study provides some strategies of third-party payment for future research.
