中美大國關係對台灣的影響

摘要

美國總統川普上任後即展現強勢的領導作風，高喊美國優先政策，而中國總書記習近平主政以來，積極拓展國際外交，在十九大結束和完成國內人事佈局後，更可看出習近平實現中國夢的企圖心，一邊是世界霸權美國，一邊是崛起的中國，究竟中美關係是否會因此走向更激烈的衝突競爭？抑或是在商人出身的川普思維下，基於追求最大利益的原則，將會和中國有更多發展合作或談判的空間？而台灣在中美關係中又扮演何種角色，對台灣來說是機會或是更大的威脅，這些都是本文欲探討的議題。
本論文比較歐巴馬時期到川普時期的雙邊政策，藉由期間中美關係的變化，和領導者作風對中美關係的影響，想藉此找出未來中美關係的走向。而台灣從過去到現在因為中美關係變化所受到的實質影響又有哪些，台灣政府的回應又是什麼，也是本文討論的重點。

After Trump was elected to U.S. President, his aggressiveness was shown in American First policy. Coincidentally, after 19th National Congress of the Communist Party, General Secretary of China, Xi Jingping also expands his ambition to external affairs. Will US-China relations more tense and competitive, or by Trump’s businessman mindset, more solid as irreplaceable strategic alliance to pursue maximum interest? What role will Taiwan play in international affairs, will there be threat or opportunity?
The thesis will focus on US-China bilateral policy from Obama presidency to Trump presidency, by comparing US-China interaction and distinct differences of leadership, the thesis hopes to predict potential US-China relations in the future. It will also concentrate on influence to Taiwan brought from change of US- China relations, and how Taiwan Government reacts.
