組織文化與資訊扭曲關係之研究:以組織內溝通為中介變數

摘要


組織文化會影響組織正式與非正式溝通的進行進而影響溝通的品質,而有效的組織溝通有利於訊息在組織內部的充分流動和共享。若在一組織中,成員間資訊的傳達受到干擾而造成意思的扭曲時,則組織的願景、目標、策略之實行可能會無法達成。在一組織中,資訊扭曲為一常見且普遍存在的現象,雖不能被避免,但可以被潛在降低,所以資訊扭曲的問題應被加以仔細的思考。鑑此,本研究以組織溝通作為中介變數,去探討組織文化是否會透過組織溝通而間接對資訊扭曲造成影響。   本研究採問卷調查方式,以淡江大學管理學院EMBA五班的學生為研究對象,總計發放212份問卷,有效問卷共計161份,問卷資料以SPSS10.0電腦軟體來分析結果和檢定研究假說。假說檢定結果發現: 1. 在官僚型文化及創新支持型文化下,組織溝通管道越暢 通。 2. 官僚型文化與資訊扭曲之間的關係不具顯著效果。 3. 在創新支持型文化下,越少資訊扭曲。 4. 在正式溝通管道越暢通下,越少資訊扭曲。 5. 創新支持型文化與資訊扭曲間之負向關係,能透過正式溝 通管道而更加顯著。 關鍵字:資訊扭曲、組織文化、組織溝通

Organizational culture can influence formal and informal communication of organization, and it can further influence quality of communication. Effective organizational communication favors messages fully running and share within the organization. When members of organization transmit the messages within organization, which suffer interference from other things could cause information distortion, and the vision, target, and strategy of the organization aren’t able to be reaching. Information distortion is a common sight in the organization, although it can not be avoided, it can be potential reduced. And the problem of information distortion should be seriously regarded. Thus, this research discusses the relationship between organization culture and information distortion and use intra-organizational communication as a mediator. This research adopted the methods of investigation through questionnaires and sent 212 questionnaires to EMBA’s students of the Academy of Management of Tamkang University and there are 161 effective ones were returned. SPSS version 10.0 (Statistical software) was utilized to analysis and testing hypotheses. The main results of the hypotheses are shown as follows: 1. Under the bureaucratic culture and the innovative and supportive culture, channel of communication will be more unobstructed in organization. 2. Bureaucratic culture has no significant positive effect on information distortion. 3. Under the innovative and supportive culture, there is less information distortion. 4. Under the formal channel of communication, there is less information distortion. 5. Innovative and supportive culture has significant negative effect on information distortion and fully mediated through formal channel of communication.
