資訊科技的改變影響組織運作方式,也產生了不同的組織文化,以往對於軍事研發機構研究多著重於管理制度的轉型、研發專案評估或績效管理等,對於組織文化、資訊文化相關研究議題並不多見,因此本研究採個案研究方式,探討軍民混合的非營利之研發組織,其特殊的組織文化、資訊文化及,及與網頁品質之間的關聯性。本研究利用126份有效樣本,進行實證研究,研究結果顯示,個案機構組織文化對其網頁品質具有正向影響,資訊文化對於單位網頁品質亦具有正向影響,而個案機構的組織文化、資訊文化對網頁品質具有顯著的正向影響。在個人變項的分析,除教育程度外,無論年資、職類、部門、職位、性別、工作性質等因素,均有顯著的差異。本研究亦提醒管理當局,於發展資訊科技應用或推動制度改變的同時,須留意內部組織文化與資訊文化的變化,與如何產生更多的共識與認同。
In this study, we have conduct a case study to explore the relationship between organizational culture, information culture, and website quality in a non-profit organizations and which is a professional research and development organization for both the military and civilian. In this study, 126 subjects were used. The empirical research shows that organizational culture has a positive impact on webpage quality. It also shows a positive impact on unit page quality. Moreover, information culture also has a significant positive impact on page quality. By analyzing on the other variables, for subjects indifferent educational level and seniority, there is no significant difference between them. But for subjects on different category, department, job title, gender and the nature of the work, there are significant differences between different groups. This study demonstrates for the right practice for the authorities to consider on developing their information technology applications and promotes changes in the system at the same time. We can conclude that if they can pay more attention to changes in the internal organizational culture and information culture, the organization will generate more consensus and recognition.
