工作動機與正向心理資本對工作滿意度之影響探討:以海軍艦艇士官、士兵為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討海軍艦艇士官、士兵其工作動機與正向心理資本對工作滿意度之間影響,並藉由相關分析瞭解其留營意願暨提升招募成效以達成募兵相關政策。本文研究採文獻探討及問卷調查等方法,以海軍艦艇士官、士兵為研究對象,共計發出問卷500份,回收442 份,回收率88.4%。 問卷資料運用SPSS軟體統計進行分析,根據調查分析結果,本研究主要發現如下列: 海軍艦艇士官、士兵工作動機對工作滿意度具有正向顯著影響,正向心理資本對工作滿意度具有正向顯著影響,另單位特性對工作滿意度無顯著影響,艦艇類別對工作滿意度無顯著影響。

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of naval officers and soldiers on their work motivation and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction, and to understand their willingness to stay and improve recruitment effectiveness through relevant analysis to achieve relevant policies for recruiting. In this paper, we use literature research and questionnaire survey methods. The naval vessels and officers are the research objects. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out and 442 were recovered, with a recovery rate of 88.4%. Questionnaire data were analyzed using SPSS software statistics. Based on the survey results, the main findings of this study are as follows: The naval officers and soldiers' work motivations have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Positive psychological capital has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. The other unit characteristics have no significant effect on job satisfaction. Ship category has no significant impact on job satisfaction.
