評估牙科全氧化鋯修復體染色技術與美學應用之比較

摘要


人類的牙齒在自然光線照射下具有多種顏色的呈現。牙科臨床的實踐中經常出現因為外傷或自然掉落造成牙齒缺損的患者。為了回復口腔機能,一般使用牙科修復體作為修復如氧化鋯牙冠。氧化鋯具有高硬度及生物相容性。但氧化鋯的顏色與透明度需大幅改善才能符合臨床的需求。過去使用陶瓷堆築作為改善氧化鋯的美觀,但瓷粉與氧化鋯的脆弱介面導致容易掉落,造成氧化鋯牙冠的美觀問題。現今以推出氧化鋯專用染色劑作為替代方案。本研究透過A1與A3染色劑在氧化鋯樣品上進行染色。使用牙科比色板作為對照組,評估不同廠牌染色劑的染色效果。並假設氧化鋯專用染色劑的染色效果可符合臨床應用的條件與不同氧化鋯染色劑的效果沒有顯著的差異。結果顯示不同廠牌的染色成果與比色板沒有顯著差異,塗層厚度約為27 - 78µm,表面粗糙度與接觸角皆有下降,可提高表面平滑度並達成清潔作用。上述結果支持本研究的假設,氧化鋯染色劑可作為臨床牙科修復體製作的替代方案,而不同染色劑的廠牌沒有顯著的差異。期待本研究能夠為臨床牙科修復提供一份有用的貢獻。

Human teeth have a variety of colors when exposed to natural light. Dental clinic practice often occurs in patients with tooth loss due to trauma or natural fall. Dental restorations such as zirconia crowns are generally used as restorations in order to restore oral function. Zirconia has high hardness and biocompatibility. However, as a dental restoration application, the color and transparency of zirconia still need to be greatly improved to meet clinical needs. In the past, a large amount of ceramic powder was used to improve the aesthetics of zirconia. However, the interface between a large amount of ceramic powder and zirconia is easy to fall off. Therefore, the aesthetics of zirconia crowns remains a major challenge. There are substantial advances in current dental materials. Today, special dyes for zirconia are introduced as an alternative. Therefore, this study will test against zirconia-specific stains. The A1 and A3 colors were stained on the zirconia samples through the stain. The dental colorimetric version was used as a control group to evaluate the staining effect of different brands of stains. At the same time, it is assumed that 1. the dyeing effect of zirconia special dyes can meet the conditions of clinical application, and there is no significant difference with 2. the effect of different zirconia dyes. The results show that the dyed coatings of different brands are about 27-78um ultra-thin thickness. In addition, the dyeing results of the zirconia stain were not significantly different from the colorimetric version. Zirconia samples are dyed to reduce surface roughness and contact angle, which will improve surface smoothness and cleaning. Based on the above, the results support the hypothesis of this study that zirconia stains can be used as an alternative to the current clinical dental restorations. At the same time, there is no significant difference between the labels showing different dyes. It is expected that this study can provide a useful contribution to clinical dental restoration.
