社工系學生實習督導品質、自我效能對未來工作意願之探討

摘要


在社會工作教育中,透過實習教學,讓學生學習如何整合理論並付諸實踐,並以批判性、反思性來檢視在校所學知識、價值觀,因此實習機構的督導品質至關重要,透過具實務經驗的實習督導來引導學生進入社會工作現場的實踐,故本研究主要探討社工系學生在實習督導品質與自我效能對未來工作意願之影響。本研究採用問卷調查方法,普查中部地區大學院校社工系已完成暑期機構實習之大四學生,主要目的是在探究社會工作學系學生在經歷實習過程後,對於實習督導品質、自我效能感對未來工作意願影響,以及三者之間的關係,其中有效問卷為322份,經統計分析後,歸納出研究發現如下: 一、 多數社會工作系學生對實習督導品質感到滿意且在社會工作自我效能之信念是感到有信心的,而在未來工作意願上,則有五成八表示未來有意願成為社會工作者。 二、 社會工作系學生之實習理想志願、實習督導為相關科系與實習督導具備社工師執照在實習督導品質有顯著差異。 三、 社會工作系學生之性別、實習理想志願在未來工作意願有顯著差異。 四、 實習督導品質與自我效能之間達到顯著正相關 五、 實習督導品質與未來工作意願之間達到顯著正相關 六、 自我效能與未來工作意願之間達到部分顯著正相關 七、 實習督導品質、自我效能對未來工作意願具有解釋力,整體以實習督導品質為主要預測變項。

Fieldwork and Internships are the essential elements in social work education. Through practical teaching from social work education, students can obtain the ability to integrate theories and applied to practice, and view the knowledge and values critically and reflectively. Therefore, the quality of supervision from the internship institution is very important. Students were guided through the practice of field work by experienced supervisors. Thus, this study mainly emphasizes on the effect of the quality of supervision and self-efficacy to the willingness to work. This research adapted the method of questionnaire survey. The senior social work students who had completed their summer internships in the middle of Taiwan were selected as the samples. There were 322 valid questionnaires. After statistically analyzing, the research findings were summarized as follows: 1. Most social work students were satisfied with the quality of fieldwork supervision and felt confident in their self-efficacy in social work. And 58 % of students are willing to be social workers. 2. There were significant differencees in the quality of internship supervision of the ideal aspirations of the internship, the related departments and the social work license of supervisors. 3. There were significant differencees in the willingness to work of the gender and the ideal aspirations for their internships of the social work students. 4. There was a significant positive correlation between the quality of fieldwork supervision and self-efficacy. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between the quality of fieldwork supervision and the willingness to work in the future. 6. There was a partially significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and the willingness to work in the future. 7. The quality of fieldwork supervision and self-efficacy had explanatory power for the willingness to work in the future, and the main predictor variable was the quality of fieldwork supervision overall.
