Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out whether horseback riding can have both physiological and psychological improvements. Methods: The cross-sectional research method is based on electronic questionnaires and transmitted through social media as a survey. The purpose is to expand the scope of the research population. IBM SPSS Statistics 24 statistical software was used as a tool for analysis to verify the results of the study. This allowed us to create descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis for the 240 questionnaire responses. Results: People who often ride horses have a greater physiological and psychological improvement and often have less fatigue than those that have not ridden horses. Most patients with orthopedic diseases and neurological and learning disabilities in Taiwan are less likely to receive Hippotherapy therapy as an option for rehabilitation. Gender, education and occupation do not affect the willingness to ride horses. Conclusion: There are very few people receiving rehabilitation therapy for Hippotherapy in Taiwan. It is confirmed that riding is a healthy exercise, and it also proves that horse riding can indeed achieve physiological and psychological improvement! In the research case, two people stood out, they were elderly and have ridden horses for 40 to 50 years. One is an American and the other is a Taiwanese. This further shows that in fact, Equestrian sports are beneficial for everyone as long as you love horse riding. Regardless of gender, age, nationality, wealth or social status.
