基隆市國中學生對法定性傳染病之認識及其相關因素初探

摘要


目的:本研究目的在瞭解基隆市國中學生對於愛滋病和其他法定性傳染病的認識狀況並探討其相關因素。 方法:本研究以基隆市的「九十六年基隆市兒童、青少年在學學生菸害暨健康行為問卷調查及分析評估」為資料來源,基隆市就學之國中學生經由集束抽樣所得1845人為本研究分析樣本;為了解國中學生對法定性傳染病的認識及認識差異,依變項有三,分別為1.「對傳統性傳染病的認識」(包含梅毒、淋病)、2.「對愛滋病的認識」以及3.「對法定性傳染病認識差異」(分類為一致錯誤、不一致、一致正確)。在探討其相關因素(性別、年級、學業成績、父母婚姻狀況、父母教育程度、與父母的關係、吸菸、飲酒、非法藥物行為)時,主要使用之統計方式為邏輯斯迴歸及多分類邏輯斯迴歸。 結果:基隆市在學國中學生 (1)「對梅毒之認識」正確比率有41.6%、「對淋病之認識」正確比率有30.1%、「對愛滋病之認識」正確比率有77.4%;對法定性傳染病認識差異的觀念「一致錯誤」有22.3%、「不一致」有52.6%以及「一致正確」有25.1%。(2)對傳統性傳染病認識「部分正確」與年級越高、成績達70以上有顯著性關聯,而認識「正確」與女生、年級越高及飲酒行為學生有顯著性關聯;對愛滋病之認識「正確」與女生、三年級學生、成績越好及有飲酒行為有顯著相關;對法定性傳染病認識差異「不一致」的觀念是與性別、上學期成績、父親教育程度、及飲酒行為有顯著性關聯,而「一致正確」的觀念則是與年級、上學期成績及飲酒行為有顯著性關聯。 結論與建議: (1) 基隆市在學國中學生對於愛滋病、梅毒及淋病的認識狀況為對梅毒之認識正確為41.6%、對淋病之認識正確為30.1%以及對愛滋病之認識正確為77.4%;而對法定性傳染病認識差異為一致錯誤為22.3%、一致正確為25.1%和不一致52.6%。(2)年級越高、學期成績越好,有飲酒行為之基隆市國中學生對法定性傳染病認識差異的「一致正確」較高;而女生、學期成績越好、父親教程度較高及有飲酒行為之基隆市國中學生則對法定性傳染病認識差異的「不一致」較高。依研究結果提出以下建議:(1)衛生單位方面:針對國中學生設計關於法定性傳染病宣導計畫(2)學校方面:探討未來教育方式、內容與學生的吸收程度3.未來研究:可以進一步廣泛的探討影響因素,以作為教育和衛生單位政策的考量。

Purpose:The paper narrated the awareness condition of AIDS and other notifiable sexually transmitted diseases from the Keelung junior high school students. Methods:The source from questionnaire survey by smoking and health behavior analysis between children and teenager in Keelung City ,in 2007. This study include 1845 of the Keelung junior high school students. Besides, in order to thorough awareness difference of notifiable sexually transmitted disease that make out three kind dependent variable conditions in detail;First is awareness of traditional sexually transmitted diseases include both syphilis and gonorrhea, then is awareness of AIDS and last is awareness difference of notifiable sexually transmitted diseases. And so forth we will examine it separately to major use statistics method of Logistic Regression and Polytomous Logistic Regression. Results:(1)The awareness ratio of syphilis, gonorrhea and AIDS are 41.6﹪, 30.1﹪and 77.4﹪ respectively. The concept from the awareness difference of notifiable sexually transmitted diseases among 22.3﹪is mistake, 52.6﹪ is mistake in part and perfect is 25.1﹪.(2)The student have a part of perfect concept of traditional sexually transmitted diseases which are relation notably with higher the grade and better school achievement, then the perfect concept of AIDS have relation notably with girls, the third grade students, better school achievement and drink behavior﹔In addition, the mistake in part concept have relation notably with sexually, school achievement of semester, educational background of father and drink behavior, another the perfect concept have relation notably with years, school achievement of semester and drink behavior from awareness difference of statutory sexually transmitted disease. Conclusion: (1)The awareness of both syphilis and gonorrhea are lower than AIDS, another the perfect and mistake are lower than mistake in part concept from awareness difference of statutory sexually transmitted disease.(2)The students of higher the grade, better school achievement and drink behavior have higher perfect concept and then girl, better school achievement, high educational background of father and drink behavior have more mistake in part concept from awareness difference of statutory sexually transmitted disease. Therefore, we suggest that propaganda plan intensified in hygienic society and the concept of notifiable sexually transmitted disease in junior high school.
