頭髮及尿液樣本中新興影響精神活性物質的檢測方法之文獻回顧

摘要


近年合成大麻和合成卡西酮類等新興影響精神活性物質在毒品市場上佔較大的比例。為對應其帶來的社會問題,執法機構需要一種快速、靈敏度高、特異性好的檢測方法。本文對多篇利用頭髮及尿液分析當中合成大麻和合成卡西酮的文獻進行回顧,整合當中對樣本的前處理方法、分析方法和結果,以及文獻中研究人員為獲得更理想的分析結果對改善分析過程的方法。為探討未來應對新興影響精神活性物質的流行趨勢以及進行地區性預防之可行性而提供整合分析資料。

In recent years, some New Psychoactive Substance such as synthetic cannabis and synthetic cathinone are becoming more prevalent in drug trafficking market. To prevent the social problems cause by the psychoactive substances, it is necessary to obtain a rapid, highly sensitive and specific method to analyze biological samples. This article reviews on the analysis of synthetic cannabis and synthetic cathinone with the biological samples of hair or urine, including sample pretreatment, the analytical methods and results. It also discusses the amendment of the analytical method or condition to obtain a more ideal analytical result, thus to provide information for scientists and physicians to introduce a more efficient and precise method to discover and analyze upcoming unknown psychoactive substances and the feasibility of processing the regional prevention.
