藝居共生:寶藏巖之共生性探析

摘要


隨著文化城市、創意城市等口號陸續地被提出與關注,文化亦成為全球城市競爭的評比指標範疇之際,除透過既有的文化資源並輔以相關的文化政策,進而轉化成為城市的文化資本外,發掘並培育城市的文化氛圍亦是提升城市文化資源的育成基礎。 本研究之對象—寶藏巖,一個位於公館商圈南側觀音山旁,因以寶藏巖寺為中心延伸形成的聚落,二○○四年五月台北市古蹟暨歷史建築審查委員會審查通過,正式登錄為台北市第一處聚落型態之「歷史建築」,在台北市文化局長龍應台的「貧窮藝術村」想像願景,開啟了寶藏巖與藝術媒合扣連的契機;在引注藝術元素以活化聚落的策略下喊出「藝居共生」的口號,成為了首座留屋留人並成功轉型的自營聚落。 透過檢視寶藏巖藝居行動者在真實生活場域實踐「藝居共生」之過程與發展現況,並探討「藝」「居」各個行動者在共生形塑過程中所扮演的角色功能定位、各面向實踐作為及對於相關營運看法,進而做為評斷「藝居共生」在寶藏巖運行適切性與相關建議提供之依據。 共生性檢視方面,本研究以能體現了寶藏巖在地共活精神的「一家一菜活動」做為本研究的案例分析,進而擴及日常生活場域,引述共生理論,分析寶藏巖「藝」「居」不同面向在面臨轉型為國際藝術村之際,雙方對於「藝居共生」關係在實踐過程與認知形塑上的共識與差異,進而剖析藝術創作者與藝文元素的引入,分別於「空間性共生」、「社會性共生」、「文化性共生」及「心理性共生」四大共生性面向進行分析,期能自寶藏巖的「藝居共生」經驗發展出有助於相關案例實踐參考之研究貢獻。

As slogans such as cultural cities and creative cities have been put forward and paid attention to, culture has also become a category of evaluation indicators for global city competition. In addition to existing cultural resources and supplemented by related cultural policies, it also transformed into urban culture capital. In addition to capital, exploring and cultivating the cultural atmosphere of the city is also the basis for enhancing the cultivation of urban cultural resources. The object of this study-Treasure Hill, a settlement located next to Guanyin Mountain on the south side of the Gongguan Commercial District, was formed due to the extension of the Treasure Hill Temple as the center. In May 2004, the Taipei City Monuments and Historic Buildings Review Committee approved it and officially registered as the first settlement-type "historical building" in Taipei City. The imaginative vision of the "Poverty Art Village" by the Taipei City Director of Culture, Lung Yingtai, opened the opportunity for Treasure Hill to be linked with art; in introducing art with the strategy of revitalizing the settlements, Element called out the slogan of " artist-resident-symbiosis", and became the first self-build settlement to successfully transformation. The study examines the process and development of the “art and resident symbiosis” practiced by the actors of “Art” and “Resident” in the Treasure Hill for the real-life field, and explores the role’s function positioning of each actor in the symbiosis shaping process, various practical actions ,and the views on related operations. Then used as a basis for the appropriate judging and relevant suggestions of the "artist-resident-symbiosis" in the operation of Treasure Hill. In terms of symbiosis inspection, the research uses the "Potluck party" that can embody the spirit of artist-resident-living together in Treasure Hill as the case analysis of the research, and then expands to the field of daily life, citing symbiosis theory, and analyzing the consensus and differences of two sides of “Art” and “Resident” in the practical process and cognitive shaping of "art-resident symbiosis" when Treasure Hill transform into an international art village. Furthermore, it analyzes the four symbiosis aspects of "spatial symbiosis", "societal symbiosis", "cultural symbiosis" and "psychological symbiosis", and hope the research of "Art and Resident Symbiosis" in Treasure Hill experience can become the contributions that are helpful for practical reference of relevant cases.
