藝居共生?藝術進入寶藏巖對居民生活世界影響之探究

摘要


「寶藏巖共生聚落」曾是臺北市政府計劃拆除的違章建築群,如今卻成為同時包含原住戶(寶藏家園)、藝術村(寶藏巖國際藝術村)及旅舍(國際青年會所,尚未營運)的社區。在臺灣,這是前所未見的。 當「藝術介入」與「藝術村」的概念進入寶藏巖後,文化地景也起了轉變,這對寶藏家園居民的生活產生什麼影響?與寶藏巖國際藝術村的互動關係是如何?而生活在這樣的社區裡,又有什麼需求;寶藏巖國際藝術村則該如何給予支持?本研究從人文地理學的「生活世界」觀點出發,使用大衛西蒙「移動、駐留與會遇」、「身體芭蕾」及「地方芭蕾」理論;以民族誌為研究方法,並透過深度訪談進行研究。 研究之發現如下: 一、寶藏家園居民的生活範圍,集中於「寶藏家園」區域。 二、寶藏家園居民仍具有向心力與社區意識。 三、寶藏家園居民眼中的「寶藏巖共生聚落」,是社區而非藝術村。 四、寶藏家園居民與「寶藏巖國際藝術村」的關係好壞,是取決於互動。 五、「寶藏巖國際藝術村」須成為非傳統型態之藝術村。

“Treasure Hill” was an illegal building group, and the Taipei City Government planned to demolition it once. But now, there is a community that contains the existing residents (Treasure Hill Homeland), the artist village (Treasure Hill Artist Village), and the not operational yet Youth Hostel. It's also unprecedented in Taiwan. When “art intervention” and “artist village” into Treasure Hill, it results the changes in landscape pattern. But, what are the effects on the residents’ life? What’s the interactive relationship between the residents and the artist village? What’s the residents’ need in this community, and can Treasure Hill Artist Village offer some support to help? The study based on the “lifeworld” viewpoint of human geography, and according to the following theories by David Seamon: “movement, rest, and encounter”, “body ballet” and “place ballet”. Ethnography approach was adopted in the study, and collected data by in-depth interview. The results were as follows: 1. “Treasure Hill Homeland” is the main area of the residents' life space. 2. The residents’ still have community cohesion and consciousness of community. 3. In the residents’ mind, Treasure Hill is a couumnity, not an artist village. 4. The main factor of the relationship between residents and artist village is interactive. 5. Treasure Hill Artist Village has to be a non-traditional artist village.
