摘 要 本研究主要目的在瞭解高中雙語實驗班教師知覺校長轉型領導、教師專業發展與教師幸福感之現況及關係。依據研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,編製「高中雙語實驗班教師知覺校長轉型領導、教師專業發展與教師幸福感關係之研究問卷」進行調查,以全臺高中雙語實驗班之教務主任、教務處組長、教師為調查對象,共抽取21所學校共計462位受試者為樣本,計回收436份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為94.37%;蒐集的資料以描述性統計分析、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。 本研究所獲致之結論如下: 一、高中雙語實驗班教師知覺校長轉型領導量表整體及各分向度之得分為中高程度,其中又以「魅力影響」得分最高,「建立願景」得分最低。 二、高中雙語實驗班教師專業發展量表整體及各分向度之得分為中高程度,其中又以「敬業精進」得分最高,「雙語教育知能」得分最低。 三、高中雙語實驗班教師幸福感量表整體及分向度之得分為中高程度,其中又以「樂觀態度」得分最高,「工作成就」得分最低。 四、高中雙語實驗班教師在「最高學歷」、「擔任職務」、「服務年資」與「學校地區」之背景變項的不同,其教師知覺校長轉型領導、教師專業發展與教師幸福感得分的情形部分呈現顯著差異。 五、「教師知覺校長轉型領導」與「教師專業發展」、「教師專業發展」與「教師幸福感」,兩兩間為顯著正相關。 六、「教師知覺校長轉型領導」、「教師專業發展」與「教師幸福感」具有相當之適配性檢定獲得驗證支持,能解釋主要變項間的關係。 最後依據結論,本研究提出相關建議,俾供學校、教育主管行政機關,以及未來研究之參考。
Abstract The main purposes of this study are to understand the current situations and the relationships of teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ professional development, and teachers’ well-being in senior high school experimental bilingual classes. To achieve these purposes, this study adopts a questionnaire survey. “The investigative questionnaire of relationships among teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ professional development, and teachers’ well-being in senior high school experimental bilingual classes” is the main tool we use. The sample includes 462 teachers selected from 21 senior high schools in Taiwan. Of the distributed copies, 436 questionnaires have returned as valid, with the return rate of 94.37%. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis and structural equation model are conducted to analyze the data collected. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership in senior high school experimental bilingual classes has an above moderate performance in the overall and various aspects; with the highest score in "Glamour influence," and the lowest in “Build a vision.” 2. The teachers’ professional development in senior high school experimental bilingual classes shows an above moderate performance in the overall and various aspects; with the highest score in “Dedicated and diligent” and the lowest in “Bilingual education knowledge.” 3. The teachers’ well-being in senior high school experimental bilingual classes shows an above moderate performance in the overall and various aspects; with the highest score in “Optimistic attitude,” and the lowest in “Work achievement.” 「 4. Based on the different background demography (education, current job, years in service and school area) of senior high school experimental bilingual classes teachers, a significant difference among teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ professional development, and teachers’ well-being can be inferred. 5. There is a significant positive correlation among teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership and teachers’ professional development, and among teachers’ professional development and teachers’ well-being. 6. The proper fit situation of structural equation model among teachers’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ professional development, and teachers’ well-being has been verified as positive, and can explain the relationships among these main variables. According to the conclusions, some suggestions are provided as references for the senior high school experimental bilingual classes, the Department of Education and future follow-up studies.
