本研究旨在瞭解男同志於青少年時期在學校場域之經驗對其自我認同之影響,利用回溯訪談的形式將問題聚焦於:一、男同志於青少年時期在中學場域之具體經驗為何?二、男同志於青少年時期在中學場域之經驗如何影響同志自我認同? 本研究為立意抽樣,共招募五位性傾向認同為男同志的大學生,以一般性質性資料分析方法,進行訪談資料之分析。研究結果分為以下兩個部分: 一、國中學校場域經驗對男同志青少年自我認同之影響:包含(一)身處主流異性戀文化環境感受到的壓力:異性戀霸權的壓迫、非主流少數族群的困境;(二)國中學校場域經驗降低同志認同的因素:無法找到有歸屬感的團體、同儕的霸凌、需壓抑自身同志性傾向。 二、高中學校場域經驗對男同志青少年自我認同之影響:包含(一)高中學校場域增進同志認同的因素:教師對於同志議題的正向態度、在校表現的重要性、找到有歸屬感的團體;(二)高中學校場域降低同志認同的因素:失敗的戀愛經驗、同儕的負面態度。 本文最後,研究者針對研究結果進行綜合討論,並提出對於未來研究及學校諮商/輔導人員實務工作相關建議。
The study aims at understanding the influence of homosexual self-identity through gay adolescents’ experiences in high school by retrospective interview. The study focuses on two questions: (a) What are gay adolescents’ concrete experiences in high school? (b) How do gay adolescents’ concrete experiences influence gays’ self-identity? The purposive sampling was utilized to recruit 5 interviewee who identify himself as a homosexuality. Data were analyzed examined through general content analysis. The findings are as follow: I. The influence of homosexual self-identity through gay adolescents’ experiences in junior high school (I) The pressure being in the mainstream heterosexual culture: (a) the suppression of heterosexual hegemony; (b) the difficulties as a member of the nonmainstream group. (II) The elements that reduced gay adolescents’ self-identity in junior high school: (a) gay adolescents cannot have the sense of belonging in peer groups; (b) gay adolescents suffered from the bullying came from peers; (c) gay adolescents concealed their sexual orientation. II. The influence of homosexual self-identity through gay adolescents’ experiences in senior high school (I) The elements that enhanced gay adolescents’ self-identity in senior high school: (a) teachers’ positive attitude toward homosexual issue; (b) the importance of gay adolescent’ performance in school; (c) having the sense of belonging in peer groups. (II) The elements that reduced gay adolescents’ self-identity in senior high school: (a) frustration in intimacy relationship; (b) peers’ negative toward homosexual group.
