臺灣高中生參加中國大陸體驗式交流之影響：以2013-2019年P營隊學生為例

摘要

隨著中國大陸官方對於臺灣青年重視的程度不斷提升。2016年體驗式交流正式於中國大陸官方語彙中被提出，成為了新型態推進兩岸關係走向的青年交流模式，本研究以P營隊參與之臺灣高中生作為研究主體，以網路問卷調查法及內容分析法作為調查方法，從政治文化論、社會資本及族群接觸理論出發，探討體驗式交流實際參與效果與影響及臺灣高中生現階段對於兩岸關係的看法與資訊取得媒介，並歸納出在此新型態交流模式下中國大陸對臺青年交流策略。

研究結果顯示體驗式交流在學習氣氛體驗與感染、中國大陸印象改變與人際網絡培養等三大對臺青年交流策略下，確實有達到族群接觸理論打破隔閡翻轉印象的效果，其中又以人際互動印象及政治氣氛印象影響最為顯著，而此印象效果亦對於個人赴陸職涯選擇及兩岸關係看法上產生實質影響。最後學生主要透過網路及戲劇節目取得兩岸資訊，體驗式交流使其對於中國大陸有更直接的接觸與認識，進而拓展與積累個人的社會關係網絡。

Nowadays, the Chinese government pays more and more attention to the youth of Taiwan. In 2016, experiential exchange was formally proposed by the Chinese government, and it became a new mode of youth exchange that promotes cross-Strait relations. Guided by multiple theories including political culture, social capital, and intergroup contact, this research focuses on those students who have participated in the P camp and uses the Internet survey and content analysis method to explore the extent to which their attitudes toward cross-Strait relations as well as channels of information acquisition could be shaped by previous camp participation. Additionally, this study summarizes China's new exchange strategies for Taiwanese youth.

The results show that the new type of experiential exchange under the three major strategies for Taiwanese youth: learning atmosphere experience, Chinese impression change, and cultivating interpersonal networks, indeed achieve the effect of intergroup contact theory in terms of changing stereotypes and reducing intergroup bias and prejudice. The impression of interpersonal interaction and the impression of political atmosphere are mostly significant. This impression effects on personal choices of careers in China and views on cross-Strait relations are also substantial. Finally, students mainly obtain cross-Strait information through the Internet and Chinese drama programs. Experiential exchanges enable young Taiwanese students to have a more direct contact and understanding of China, thereby they are able to expand and cultivate their personal social networks.
