The purpose of this study is to use meta-analysis as the method to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and well-being of primary and secondary school teachers in taiwan. After collection and selection of related literatures, this study includes five academic papers in the analysis and applied Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) 2.0 to analyze the summary effect sizes and the moderator variables. The research results are as follows: 1.The relationship between total dimension of psychological capital and total dimension of well-being of the teachers is positive and the effect size is large (summary effect size, r value is .573). 2.The relationships between each individual dimension of psychological capital and total dimension of well-being of the teachers are all positive and the effect sizes are large (summary effect sizes, r values are between .508 and .593). 3.The relationships between total dimension of psychological capital and each individual dimension of well-being of the teachers are all positive and the effect sizes are large (summary effect sizes, r values are between .565 and .637). 4. The relationships between each individual dimension of psychological capital and each individual dimension of well-being of the teachers are all positive and the effect sizes range between medium and large levels (summary effect sizes, r values are between .464 and .649). 5. Five moderator variables are found in the relationship between total dimension of psychological capital and total dimension of well-being of the teachers within the survey scope of the sample literatures, including gender, age, duration of service, position, and education degree. Finally, based on the research results, this study proposes suggestions for educational institutions and future research.
