網絡合作經驗探究—以優勢觀點工作者為例

A Preliminary Study of using strengths perspective in network collaboration

摘要


網絡合作能使各專業工作者發揮所長,呼應多面向且複雜的社會狀況及個案需求,然而,合作的實際運作狀況涉及不同層級的人、事、物交互影響;本研究始於研究者在網絡合作中的不自信,「如何促進與其他專業的正向合作?」成為本研究最初的問題意識,揉和實習經驗與課堂所學,本研究以優勢觀點相關元素為切入,其主要目的包括:(1)了解優勢觀點工作者網絡合作經驗;(2)了解優勢觀點工作者面對網絡合作時,所採取的態度、理念及因應方式;(3)嘗試建立網絡合作的相關技巧。依據研究目的,本研究採質性研究,透過立意抽樣八位應用優勢觀點超過兩年的社工人員,並以半結構式訪談大綱進行深度訪談。 本研究最終歸納出網絡合作的五大核心範疇,分別為:「網絡合作原因」、「多層次網絡合作影響因素」、「網絡合作策略」、「機構內部支持程度」與「網絡合作結果」五大面向,並進一步將五大核心範疇按照其關聯性、以實際網絡合作案例整合成「求同存異」網絡合作模型。研究結果顯示,網絡合作應同時注重「相同性」和「獨特性」,使工作者在合作中既能尋找彼此的共同需求,又能發揮專業優勢服務;而優勢觀點中的「雙向復元」概念能使工作者在合作中提升自我效能、並藉由往返互動感染網絡夥伴,創造正向共好的合作氛圍;此外,研究者建議透過以機構為單位的合作方式增加與互動機會,使工作者個人在合作互動中體驗信任,也建議學校或訓練單位提供認識不同專業背景及實際演練互動的機會,增強合作相關技巧及經驗;最後,研究者也針對本研究的相關限制進行探討,並提供網絡合作的未來研究方向。

Network collaboration can reach professional workers’ full potentials, responding to multiple complex social situations and clients’ needs. However, the actual circumstances of collaboration involve different levels of surroundings. ‘‘How to promote positive collaboration with others? ’’ became the initial problematic of this research. This study blending the experience during internship and courses, intending to take strengths perspective as a key point of discovering the following goals: (1) Understanding network collaboration experiences of the workers who using strengths perspective ; (2) Understanding the attitudes, philosophy, and strategies of network collaboration adopted by the workers using strengths perspective ; ( 3) Try to establish skills of network collaboration. Based on the purpose of the research, this research adopted qualitative research, using purposive sampling to select 8 supervisors social workers who had used the strengths model for at least two years, conducting in-depth interviews by using a semi-structured interview outline. Based on the experience of 8 social workers, this research ultimately summarizes 5 core categories of the network collaboration, including "the origins of network collaboration ", " multi-influencing factors of network collaboration ", " strategies of network collaboration ", "the degree of agency inner support " and " the outcomes of network collaboration ", besides, the study based on the actual network collaboration cases, integrated 5 core categories into "the balance of commonalities and uniqueness " network collaboration model. The research results show that network collaboration should focus on both and " commonalities " and " uniqueness ", facilitating workers not only find common needs but also giving full play to their professional advantages in cooperation. Moreover, the concept of " mutual-recovery " can make workers enhance their self-efficacy during collaboration, create a positive environment, and mutually benefit. Furthermore, this study suggests ‘agency-based pattern to increase the opportunities of collaboration and make individual workers experience trust between the interaction of collaboration. This study also suggests education and training units provide opportunities for learning different professional backgrounds and practical situations to enhance collaboration skills and experience; Last but not least, the research also discusses the limitations of this study and provides future research directions of network collaboration.
