國防部近年大力推動大學儲備軍官訓練團制度的結果,使整體招募成效大幅提升,而人力的獲得與培訓是十分不易且須花費大量的成本,研究者認為除了強化招募作為外,在留任上也須下足功夫,才不會使辛苦招募進來的人員白白流失,故以「人才留用」的角度分析影響ROTC學生留任意願的相關因素。 本文主要探討學習適應、個人工作適配度及公共服務動機對留任意願影響之研究,以2020年就讀ROTC學生為研究對象,運用問卷調查方式,共回收有效問卷計1177份,經資料分析後,研究結果發現如下: 一、ROTC學生的學習適應對其留任意願呈現顯著正向影響。 二、ROTC學生的個人工作適配度對其留任意願呈現顯著正向影響。 三、ROTC學生的公共服務動機對其留任意願呈現顯著正向影響。 本研究並依研究結果進行討論,並提出對未來研究及ROTC留任的相關建議。
In recent years, the Ministry of National Defense has actively promoted the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Program, and already improved the effectiveness of recruiting program. The acquisition and training of unit manpower is very difficult and costs numerous effort, so it is more important to focus on retention to avoid talent loss. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the factors which impact the intention to stay of ROTC cadets from the perspective of “talent retention”. This research mainly discusses the impact of “Learning Adaption”, “Person-job Fit” and “Public Service Motivation” of ROTC cadets on “Intention to Stay” from class year 2016 to 2020. There are 1177 valid questionnaires collected, and the findings of this research are as follows: A. The Learning Adaption of ROTC cadets has a significant positive impact on Intention to Stay. B. The Person-job Fit of ROTC cadets has a significant positive impact on Intention to Stay. C. The Public Service Motivation of ROTC cadets has a significant positive impact on Intention to Stay. Based on the research results, this research provides suggestions for future research and improvements of the intention to stay of ROTC Program.
