全球化與高等教育國際化之知識基礎與研究熱點分析

全球化的發展下，高等教育也走向國際化，各國紛紛將高等教育機構國際化列為國家重要教育政策，全球化與高等教育國際化領域的研究，主題很多，內容也相當豐富。為了幫助研究人員掌握全球化與高等教育國際化領域的發展脈絡及研究熱點，本研究以文獻計量分析方法對本研究領域之期刊文獻進行文獻分析與整理。本研究以WoS核心合輯資料庫之社會科學索引(SSCI)做為文獻來源，以「全球化」(globalization)、「國際化」(internationalization)、「高等教育」(higher education)及「大學」(university)做為主題詞檢索，共得出3,037篇主題文獻。剔除與本研究領域無關之文獻後，最終為1,404篇文獻，及其被引文獻共46,834篇。透過R語言之Bibliometrix套件進行文獻共被引分析，繪製共被引文獻叢集分析圖，探究全球化與高等教育國際化研究領域之知識基礎，並以關鍵詞共現分析及詞頻分析方法，繪製詞雲圖及關鍵詞共現圖以揭示研究熱點，最後以關鍵詞共現分析，繪製主題地圖及桑基圖揭示研究領域之主題演進。研究結果發現，全球化與高等教育國際化之研究基礎為：（1）全球化與高等教育國際化之概念、定義、動機等基本理論；（2）高等教育國際化策略內容；高頻次及高中介中心性關鍵詞為「國際化」、「高等教育」、「高等教育國際化」、「全球化」、「中國」、「海外留學」、「國際學生」以及「課程國際化」。關鍵詞叢集分析結果為「全球化與國際高等教育」、「國際化策略」、「跨境教育及品質保證」以及「語言」；研究主題演進部分，最重要的關鍵詞為「國際化」，其出現於每一時期。1991至2005年發展成熟的核心主題為「歐洲化」及「國際教育」，2006至2015年為「國際學生」及「教學」，2016至2021年為「國際化」及「中國」。

With the development of globalization, higher education also trends towards internationalization. Many countries have listed the internationalization of higher education institutions as an important national education policy. Research in the field of globalization and higher education internationalization has many themes and rich content. In order to support this, researchers mastered the development context and research hotspots in the field of globalization and internationalization of higher education. This study uses bibliometric analysis to analyze and arrange the journal literature in this research field. Using the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) of the Web of Science Core Collection Database as the literature source, and using the terms "globalization", "internationalization", "higher education" and "university" as a Topic search, a total of 3,037 subject articles were obtained. After excluding literature irrelevant to this research field, there were 1,404 subject articles and 46,834 cited articles available. The Bibliometrix package of the R statistical programming language was used to conduct co-citation analysis by drawing a co-citation document cluster analysis diagram, explore the intellectual base in the field of globalization and higher education internationalization research, and using keyword co-occurrence analysis and word frequency analysis methods draw a word cloud map and keyword co-occurrence map to reveal research hotspots. Finally, it used keyword co-occurrence analysis to draw the thematic map and Sankey diagram to reveal the thematic evolution of the research field. The high frequency and high betweenness centrality keywords are "internationalization", "higher education", "internationalization of higher education", "globalization", "China'', "study abroad", "international students", and "internationalization of curriculum". The four effective clusters of co-word analysis include "globalization and international higher education", "internationalization strategy", "cross-border education and quality assurance", and "language". The results show that the research foundation of globalization and higher education internationalization are: (1) the basic theories of the concepts, definitions, and motivations of globalization and internationalization of higher education; and (2) the content of higher education internationalization strategies. The high frequency and high betweenness centrality keywords are "internationalization", "higher education", "internationalization of higher education", "globalization", "China", "study abroad", "international students", and "internationalization of curriculum". The four effective clusters of co-word analysis include "globalization and international higher education", "internationalization strategy", "cross-border education and quality assurance" and "language". To study the evolution of this theme the most important keyword is "internationalization" which occurs in each period. The motor themes that have matured from 1991 to 2005 were "Europeanization" and "International Education", from 2006 to 2015 they were "International Students" and "Teaching", and from 2016 to 2021 "Internationalization" and "China".
