本研究採取個案分析法,透過蒐集銀行業次級資料與訪談銀行經理人,得出未來可能影響產業的重要因素,並配合策略矩陣分析法,找出個案銀行之經營策略。兩者對照下,判斷過去帶給個案銀行的重要優勢,未來是否持續發揮影響力。透過策略矩陣分析法,個案銀行在產品線廣度與特色、目標市場之區隔與選擇方式、垂直整合取決程度、規模經濟及時機、財力、獨特能力、資訊科技之運用、獨佔力、與國外政府關係,都擁有競爭優勢。根據次級資料,本研究整理影響銀行經營環境的五個原因分別為客戶使用習慣改變、人工智能(Intelligent)、數位化(Digital)、網格(Mesh),及生物辨識技術的興起。在新環境衝擊下,個案銀行除了保留部分優勢,也提升或增加新的優勢,並藉由本研究所建議之金融資訊整合策略,個案銀行可以將這些環境改變視為機會而非威脅,並在新的數位金融浪潮中,持續保持在銀行業領導地位。
The study identified some key issues that might affect banking industry in the future. Also, the study sorted out the competitive advantages of Bank H by Strategic Matrix Analysis, and verified if the competitive advantages would still benefit Bank H in the changing industry environment. For gaining deeper strategic analysis of Bank H, case study was used as method in the study. Based on strategic matrix analysis, broaden product line, target market, industrial integration, economics of scale, timing, finance, unique selling point, IT/IS, exclusive power, and relationship with foreign government are all competitive advantages of Bank H. The study defines the changing of customers’ experience, intelligent, digital, mesh and biometric are the five main factors that affect banking industry environment through secondary data. Not only maintain the original advantages, but also add new advantages, and new business model and integrate platform will keep Bank H staying at leading position.
