金融產業核心能力、競爭策略與組織績效間關係之研究—以T商業銀行為例

摘要


本論文旨在探究「核心能力、競爭策略與組織績效間之關係--以T商業銀行為研究對象」,採用便利抽樣調查的方式進行。共發放500份問卷,回收有效問卷300份,主要使用SPSS統計軟體來進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、探索性因素分析、t檢定及變異數分析、迴歸分析等研究方式與技術,藉此瞭解銀行之核心能力、競爭策略及組織績效之關係為何,可供日後銀行業者在制定決策時之參考。 本研究結果包括:(一) 「核心能力」、「競爭策略」及「組織績效」三變項間有顯著相關。(二) 「核心能力」對「組織績效」有正向影響。(三) 「競爭策略」對「組織績效」有正向影響。(四)不同人口統計變項在「核心能力」、「競爭策略」及「組織績效」存在顯著差異。由此可證明,對於銀行產業而言,若能透過建立企業核心能力或制定正確的競爭策略,藉此提升整體組織績效,對於業者將有正向助益。

This thesis, “The Research of Relationship among Core Competency, Competitive Strategy and Organizational Performance of " T " Commercial Bank”, adopts questionnaire interview, which was conducted with convenience sampling. Five hundred (500) questionnaires were distributed, and three hundred (300) valid copies were collected. This survey mainly adopted SPSS statistical program to process analytical methods and techniques, such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, T-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and more. The above analyses will help understand the relationship among Core Competencies, Competitive Strategies, and Organizational Performance, can serve as a future reference for financial industry about their operation. The quantitative analysis reveals that (1) there is a significant correlation between "Core Competencies", "Competitive Strategies", and "Organizational Performance"; (2) "Core Competencies" has a positive effect on "Organizational Performance"; (3)"Competitive Strategies " has a positive effect on "Organizational Performance"; (4) "Demographic Variables" has a Significant Difference on "Core Competencies", "Competitive Strategies" and "Organizational Performance". These indicate that there is a significant positive effect within instant commercial bank‘s Core Competencies, Competitive Strategies, and Organizational performance. Basing on the findings, bank industries are suggested to build Core Competencies and a good Competitive Strategies. In this way, organizational performance will be expected.
