保險在現今已成為現代人都會接觸的課題,不怕一萬只怕萬一的觀念已深植人心,適當的把風險轉嫁給保險公司,然而公司的保險業務人員的知識與能力也是客戶選擇考量的因素之一,業務人員如何有效地藉由溝通與學習提升績效。因此本研究以保險業務人員作為研究對象,著手探討組織溝通、組織學習及績效之間的關係是否存在顯著性的差異。研究方法採用便利性抽樣的方式,採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,共合計回收420份有效問卷;並使用SPSS的方法進行問卷分析。研究結果顯示:組織溝通對績效有顯著的影響;組織學習對組織溝通與績效具有顯著中介效果;人口統計變項在組織溝通、組織學習與績效具有顯著差異。

The results show that organizational communication has a significant effect on performance. Organizational learning has significant mediating effect on organizational communication and performance. Demographic variables have significant differences in organizational communication, organizational learning and performance.
