投資國合作對象對廠商經營績效的影響：以陸資在臺投資為例

摘要

本研究以2013年赴臺投資的中資企業為研究對象，首先探討影響企業經營成果的因素，並探究其在不同合作對象的情況下，如臺灣企業、外資企業、三資企業或中國國有企業，各項變數對於廠商稅後損益表現的影響。研究方法為透過 Probit Model 的實證，找出關鍵影響因素。另加入中介變數「合作對象」進行實證分析。

根據本實證結果表示，當公司員工平均薪資較高、廠商技術來源為自行研發或以獨資方式展開投資，且在投資國的合作對象為臺資、三資企業或外資企業，對於其稅後損益盈餘的影響為正向關係。

The study is grounded on 2013 China-owned Enterprises in Taiwan. Foremost of all, we discuss the factors which affect business performance. Furthermore, researching the effects of different partnership on firm net income, such as Taiwanese business, three types of foreign-funded enterprises and Chinese state-owned companies. Finally we figure out key variable effect firm’s performance through Probit Model and by adding a mediator collaboration partner.

The result indicated that as long as the firms, collaboration partner is a foreign owned enterprise, variable employee salary, technology acquisition and wholly owned businesses has a positive relationship with enterprise performance.
