企業之技術創新管理與其營運績效關係之探究－以台灣三類高科技產業為例

The Exploratory of Relationships among Technological Innovation Management of Enterprises and Business Performance : An Empirical Research of 3 Types High Technological Industry in Taiwan

摘要

在企業既有的相關技術與周遭可利用的資源基礎上，適當運用技術創新管理系統以適時提出符合消費者期待的新技術與新產品，將是維持企業競爭優勢的重要關鍵。本文透過中華民國專利資訊檢索系統建立與進行相關企業的專利管理地圖分析，以及透過資料蒐集與統計樣本企業的歷年營運規模與績效做相關分析與歸納。初步結果顯示：1.樣本企業的技術創新皆經歷該公司的技術分析階段，2.技術創新與該企業營運的拓展有其正相關，3.技術創新所產生的專利與企業營運績效亦呈正相關。

On the relevant technology and usable resource foundation around where enterprises have already had, use the administrative system of technological innovation to accord with new technology and new products that consumers expected in order to put forward properly in good time, important key to enterprise's competition advantage that to keep. This text sets up and carries on the patent of relevant enterprises to manage the analysis of maps through the patent information retrieval system of the Republic of China, and make relevant analysis and sum up in scale of operation and performance through what the materials are collected with statistical sample enterprises over the years. The preliminary result shows: 1.The technological innovations of sample enterprises all go through the technological analysis stage of this company, 2.There is its positive correlation, in the expansion operated in technological innovation and this enterprise. 3.The patent that the technological innovation produces and enterprise's operation performance also present positive correlation.
