在全球化的競爭之下,企業需不斷的開發新產品才能維持競爭力追求永續經營,要提高新產品的成功率便需要一套的新產品開發模式,但是在眾多的理論模式當中,企業需要選擇最合適該公司的新產品開發模式以作為新產品研發之標準作業程序。因此,本文以企業經營的角度探討,運用TRIZ 矛盾理念與新產品開發模式的分析,以建構一套創新的開發新產品模式,並從生產LCD-TV企業的新產品企劃與開發人員之專業認知與實務經驗進行驗證。研究結果顯示: 1. 從新產品開發模式的相關原理與程序的發展地圖的演進,可歸納出以下新產品開發機制:企業願景、環境分析、策略規劃、技術突破、顧客需求、產品概念與創意篩選、可行性評估、研究發展、產品驗證、新產品商品化、檢討與改善。 2. 透過運用TRIZ之矛盾理念對新產品機制互相比對得知各項機制在新產品開發活動有密切的關連性,在企業經營理念下進一步發現機制間的矛盾問題。 3. 以問卷及訪談進行實例探討,驗證新產品的開發機制,並且得到包含以企業願景、顧客需求與技術創新的三類新產品開發模式,以及機制的邏輯程序。 最後本研究以企業角度出發,運用研究所得到的新產品開發機制、新產品開發模式、新產品開發邏輯程序,建構出符合企業經營觀點之最佳的新產品開發模式。
In order to maintain the competitiveness under the global competitive situation, enterprises must keep develop the new product. The new products success rate will be improved by the development model. However, how could enterprise choose the most suitable reference? This reseach wants to use the TRIZ contradiction idea and analysis of new product development ways by the enterprises viewpoint to build an innovative new product of development model. Below is the result of study: First of all, from the research, sum up the following new product development mechanism: vision of enterprises, environmental analysis, stratege planning , technological break-through, requirement of customer, concept of the products and intention are screened, feasible assessment, research development, products are verified, the new products are being commercialized, examined and improved. Secondly, these mechanisms are close relative in the new product development activity. From using the TRIZ theory, we find the contradiction question among the mechanisms further under the idea of managing of enterprises. Finally,According to the questionnaire and interview , verify the development mechanism of the new products, three kinds of new product development ways, and the logic procedure of the mechanism. In conclusion, from the new product development mechanism, new product development way, and logic procedure of new product development process, we build the best new product development model which is base on the viewpoing of enterprises management.
